Dashboard

Overview

The Iconnek Dashboard provides comprehensive visibility into your integration activities, allowing you to monitor usage, performance, and potential issues across all scenarios. This centralized monitoring hub helps you optimize your workflows and manage costs effectively.

Usage Benefits

The Dashboard empowers you to:

  • Identify potential bottlenecks or failing integrations

  • Optimize scenarios to reduce action consumption

  • Plan for capacity needs before reaching plan limits

  • Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot issues as they arise

  • Verify that critical business processes are functioning properly

Access the Dashboard from the main navigation menu to gain valuable insights into your integration ecosystem.

Key Dashboard Metrics

Actions Usage

Track the number of executed actions across all scenarios, which directly affects your billing. The dashboard displays:

  • Total actions consumed in the current billing cycle

  • Percentage of your plan's allocation used

  • Once you've subscribed, you can view your usage history for a 6-month period in the Configuration>Subscription section.

Scenario Execution

Monitor the operational health of your integration scenarios:

  • Total number of scenario runs

  • Success rate of scenarios execution

Webhook Activity

View all incoming webhook data:

  • Total number of received webhooks

API Request Monitoring

Track all API interactions:

  • Total number of API requests made

Real-Time Monitoring

The real-time monitoring view provides immediate visibility into active scenarios:

  • Live data transfer success and error tracking
