Setup Guide

You'll need the following information to set up your Salesforce App with Iconnek SYNC:

Consumer Key	Your Salesforce connected app consumer key
Consumer Secret	Your Salesforce connected app consumer secret

Preparing the connection

Obtain Host URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret

1. Log in to your Salesforce account at https://www.salesforce.com/.
2. Navigate to Setup > App Manager.
3. Create a new Connected App or edit an existing one for integrations.
4. In the Connected App settings, enable OAuth settings and configure the application flow (e.g., select scopes like API access).
5. Retrieve your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from the app details.
6. Note your instance's Host URL (the domain for your Salesforce org).
7. Copy and securely store your Host URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret. Treat them as sensitive credentials.
